This committee welcomes newcomers to our meetings and events and looks after members who are struggling.

The committee is responsible for the plan for greeting new members and guests, because whether someone talks to a first-time visitor is the single biggest factor in whether they come back.

Someone sick might need a meal dropped off. Someone stressed might need someone to vent to. Someone lonely just needs to know people noticed they were gone.

The committee may also recommend guest speakers or build out new event types with a focus on member care.
