Parking

Guildhall Games is adjacent to Parking Lot #14 (corner of Rigsbee and Morgan). This deck gives you the first hour free and doesn't charge after 7 PM, so arriving at 6 PM should incur no cost.

Refreshments

Guildhall Games has a selection of snacks and soft drinks available. Because we have reserved a table, folks can also bring outside food. They request that any food we bring is neither messy nor strongly scented to keep the space clean and pleasant for everyone.

This event is open to the public with no admission fee. Attendees are responsible for their own bills.

While this event is open to the public and all are welcome, this is not a time or place for evangelizing and harassment/discrimination will not be tolerated. We are an inclusive organization and anyone causing a disturbance or intentionally making others uncomfortable will be asked to leave.
