Volunteering at the Diaper Bank

Diaper Bank of North Carolina
437 Dimmocks Mill Rd | Hillsborough, NC
Saturday, June 27, 9:30-11:30AM

Join us to volunteer at the Diaper Bank of North Carolina.

The mission of the Diaper Bank of North Carolina is to increase awareness of and access to essential hygiene items to promote dignity, health, and quality of life for the people of North Carolina.

This event will entail wrapping diapers or other hygiene supplies in a warehouse.

Waiver: First time volunteers at the Diaper Bank need to fill out the online Individual Volunteer Waiver online prior to the event.
Notes:

• All volunteers must wear close-toed shoes during the volunteer session.

• The warehouse is not air-conditioned or heated, please dress comfortably and bring a water bottle!

• If you are able to bring donations, they take new and opened items of baby diapers, period supplies, and adult supplies that will support their mission.

There is limited space and registration is required (RSVP on Meetup is appreciated, but does not fulfill the registration requirement.)

While this event is open to the public and all are welcome, this is not a time or place for evangelizing and harassment/discrimination will not be tolerated. We are an inclusive organization and anyone causing a disturbance or intentionally making others uncomfortable will be asked to leave.
