Join us for the 2nd Annual TFS Friendsgiving Potluck in Raleigh!
Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Raleigh
3313 Wade Avenue | Raleigh, NC
Sunday Nov 29 | 2:30 - 4:30 PM
Doors open at 2PM
Are you the black sheep of the family? Do you dread heading to Uncle Jack's place to hear about how terrible you are for being a godless humanist followed by a meal of desiccated turkey and the most boring stuffing ever created?
Well we can't do anything about that, but you can look forward to a meal with your found family of TFS heathens later that weekend. The turkey will be catered and the arguments will be philosophical (but maybe no less heated).
If you can, bring something you’d be excited to share, whether it’s homemade or store-bought, anything that brings you joy. If bringing food would be a hassle, no worries, just come and enjoy the meal with us. There will be plenty of food. TFS will provide two main dishes (meat and vegetarian options), along with plates/silverware/cups.
Please RSVP using this form. It is very important that we have a reasonably accurate count, and you can see the list of dishes people will bring so we don't end up with 25 bowls of cranberry sauce.
Please arrive between 2 and 2:30 PM, and we have access to a kitchen with warming ovens, etc. We will plan to start eating around 2:30.
Activities are TBD, but we'll find something suitably silly and blasphemous.
